☺Hezká lokalita, trochu nevhodná pro příjezd motorek. Bazén velmi studený. Trochu zmatek při účtování jídel a noclehu, ale vše se vyřešilo.  Personál příjemný, Náš pokoj v pořádku, což se nedá říct o sousedním.

☺Gute Erreichbarkeit außerhalb der Stadt, großer und sicherer Parkplatz auf dem Gelände der Kasbah. Die ganze Anlage ist sehr schön: Der Innenhof der Kasbah, der Pool (nicht beheizt) am Rande zur Wüste. Viele Dattelpalmen mit erreichbaren Früchten, leider viele noch nicht ganz reif. Sehr freundlicher Empfang mit Begrüßungstee. Professioneller Checkin, Bezahlung per Kreditkarte. Wir bekamen ein Riesenzimmer (Familienzimmer mit Balkon und Blick auf den Pool), obwohl wir nur 2 Betten gebucht hatten. Viele Steckdosen im Zimmer und gutes WLAN. Abendessen wurde im sehr schön beleuchteten Innenhof der Kasbah oder wahlweise am Pool serviert. Das Frühstück entsprach marokkanischem Standard.

☹Es wurde vorab per Booking.com-Nachrichtenfunktion eine Auswahl an Speisen fürs Abendessen mitgeteilt, falls wir essen möchten. Man musste sich komplett im Detail vorab festlegen. Die Auswahl war "überschaubar". Das Essen selbst: Beim Hähnchengeschnetzeltem mit Reis musste einiges an Knorpeln weggeschnitten werden, was ich so noch nicht kannte. Die Beef-Tagine meines Sohnes bestand zu einem guten Teil aus Knochen und fetten Schwartenteilen, die ebenfalls nicht essbar waren. Die sonst überall in Marokko dazu gereichten Oliven gab es hier gar nicht. Preislich war es dafür ganz schön teuer, für marokkanische Verhältnisse sogar sehr teuer.

Kasbah is about a 15-20 min ride from the center Ouarzazate so make sure to look into your mode of transportation prior. In our case we arrived to Ouarzazate by bus but had arranged a pickup with Claudie so that was smooth. Renting a car is ideal for Ouarzazate but since we didn't do it, we were arranged a taxi who showed us all the major attractions around. This worked out okay too. Claudie and her husband Lahoussaine are friendly. Cleanliness requires improvement, toiletries are limited and the wifi is only available in the reception area which is disappointing. Breakfast and Dinners are very good though and they accommodate based on the timing that works for you.

Lovely stay during on my trip to Ouarzazate province. The hotel staff were warm and welcoming. The manager even brought up hot water, a kettle, fresh lemon and honey for a weary and flu-ish guest. Au top du top… La kasbah zitoune a été notre port d’attache à notre périple marocain de 5 semaines. Nous y aurons dormis et diner 7 nuits (trek en marguerite). La kasbah est superbe et très douillette on s’y sent super bien et c’est grâce à Claudie et Lhasen couple de gérants adorables. Nous y avons passé de très bons moments, un peu comme chez une tante/tonton! Nous y reviendrons c’est sûr, au moins pour le plaisir de les rencontrer à nouveau! Gran Kasbah muy bien construido por los mismos propietarios. Habitaciones y zonas comunes correctas. Todo limpio. Comida muy buena. Al ser temporada baja en noviembre, fue curioso porqué éramos los únicos dos clientes que tenían y la verdad es que nos trataron estupendamente. Ubicación: está en medio de la nada. La proprietaria,una signora francese,poco affabile,sbrigativa.Non è stata una bella accoglienza. Il cibo è mediocre,servito dalla stessa proprietaria dai modi bruschi.Non ha voluto accogliere per la notte il nostro autista,dicendo che non vi erano stanze libere. Il marito invece è gentilissimo. Nous avons passé une nuit dans cette kasbah. Claudie et son mari nous ont très bien accueilli dans leur demeure à l écart de ouarzazate. Le dîner était délicieux, l’accueil remarquable. Je recommande vraiment.
